Indiabulls Ventures will raise Rs.588 crore via preferential share sale to a clutch of investors. One of the major investors is likely to be Ribbit Capital, a US company focused on Fintech. IVL will issue 33.6 million shares representing 5.5% shareholding, to six investors.

Apart from Ribbit, which will be the principal investor in Indiabulls Ventures, other investors including Inteligo Bank, First Royalty Ventures, TIMF Holdings, NWI Management and Think India Opportunities will also participate in this share sale.

Ribbit will get 10.5 million shares, NWI Management gets 8.4 million while the other will get lower allocation in the overall scheme of things. Sameer Gehlaut will take over as the CEO of Indiabulls Ventures.
