The list of 34 stocks is available on the NSE website and they will be excluded only from June 28th. After June 28th there will be no fresh contracts that will be introduced and all contracts as of June 28th will be closed out. Some of the companies in the list of exclusions are Jet Airways, Suzlon, Syndicate Bank, Infibeam etc. Most of these stocks had been extremely volatile and that was creating volatility in the F&O market. Also, these 34 companies did into meet the basic criteria laid out by the NSE and the BSE for inclusion of companies in the F&O list.

Existing positions will not be impacted in any way as all F&O positions up to June 28th are totally valid. Till then these stocks will continue to trade in F&O. However, it has been observed in the past that when stocks are put in an F&O exclusion list, they tend to see lower volumes as traders lose interest in these stocks. You need to factor that into your calculations.
