On 29th April 2019 around 71 parliamentary constituencies spread across 9 states witnessed the fourth phase of the Lok Sabha elections.
It is estimated that this phase experienced 64% of voters for the polling. whereas, in 2014 it was near to 61% of voters.

Right from Billionaires, Bollywood stars to common man got lined up in India's financial hub Mumbai to exercise their vote.

Till now the polling records say, nearly 373 (69%) of the 543 Lok Sabha constituencies across 24 states and Union territories has been concluded.
Some details of key states among 9 state are Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Mumbai, and Bihar.

All 9 states had different number of seats respectively; Bihar (5), Maharashtra (17), Madhya Pradesh (6), Odisha (6), Rajasthan (13), Jharkhand (3), Uttar Pradesh (13), West Bengal (8), and Jammu and Kashmir (1).

Madhya Pradesh (71%) for the six parliamentary seats, Uttar Pradesh (59%), Rajasthan (68%) for 13 seats, Bihar (59%), Maharashtra (64%), Mumbai (54%).

However, in Jammu and Kashmir Anantnag constituency recorded the lowest percentage of voters i.e. approx. 9.8%. and Jharkhand it was near to 64 %. A breakthrough record was made by West Bengal reaching 76% of voters on Monday.

Counting of total votes for all 543 parliamentary constituencies across the country is scheduled on May 23rd, 2019. The result is also held on the same day.
