The government on June 29 announced guidelines for Unlock 2.0. Some of the key highlights are as under as they come into effect from July 01.

· There will be limited availability of access to religious places, hotels and restaurants and shopping malls

· Domestic flights and passenger trains are currently allowed in a limited manner and such relaxations are likely to be expanded.

· Night curfew timings are being further relaxed from 10 pm to 5 am only. Relaxations in night curfew have been given for seamless operation of industrial units in multiple shifts.

· Movement of persons and goods on national and state highways, loading and unloading of cargo will also be permitted.

· For those travelling, the movement of persons to their destinations after disembarking from buses, trains and airplanes will be hassle free.

· Training institutions of the central and state governments will be allowed to function with effect from July 15 but schools and colleges will continue to remain closed.

· There shall be no restriction on inter-state and intra-state movement of persons and goods. No separate permission or approval or e-permit will be required.

· However, few things will continue to remain restricted like operation of metro rail, cinema halls, gymnasiums, swimming pools, entertainment parks, theatres, bars

· Social / political / sports / entertainment / academic / cultural / religious functions and other large congregations will remain under ban
