Shares are an instrument for investors to investors money in companies listed on the markets.

Mutual funds are instruments floated by Asset Management Companies for investors who are not adept in directly investing in shares.

SIP is a way of investing in Mutual Funds for investors who don’t have the money to invest in mutual funds in one go, but can invest in smaller bits in a regular manner.
