With regulatory body continuously making an alert announcement to not share personal data to the third party, collecting genuine data for KYC has become a challenge. If a client does not provide his/her Aadhaar number, one can ask the client to self-visit the branch and submit the Aadhaar copy as it is mandatory for completion of a process. By visiting the branch and sharing the Aadhaar details with acknowledgment receipt, the client can submit the documents and also ensure that no fraud or theft is involved.
