Auto ancillary companies supply components to automobile companies and they have suffered from the slowdown in the auto sector in India. In terms of global sales, diesel cars are taking a sale hit and the world will be moving towards EVs. That is a challenge. For Bharat Forge, nearly 25% of their business comes from Class 8 Trucks in the US and the demand for these trucks is down by 40% in the last one year. You can look to hold on to both these stocks but keep a perspective of at least 2 year for the sector to fully recover. Both are high quality companies so don’t worry about any management issues
