DealShare, an ecommerce start-up outfit, plans to hire over 5000 colleagues before the end of this year across 25 cities to spruce up its logistics activities. Dealshare targets middle and lower middle income families with monthly incomes between Rs.25,000 and Rs.50,000. They will be encouraged to make purchases online rather than going to the Kirana store.

Dealshare is already showing 25% growth each month and has exponential potential in the coming years as business increasingly goes digital. Most of the new jobs will be in fulfilment with roles in warehouse, delivery and technology segments. Currently, Dealshare has 300 employees and has close to 2 million subscribers. It will promoter local products only.
