India is a popular economy known as one of the fastest developing countries in the world. Experts predict the country's economy will have top three economic powers of the world in the next 10-15 years.

The revised budget by the Union Budget 2019, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is expected on July 5th, 2019 is been structured with various economic issues. These issues are on the way that needs serious resolution. Many market experts expect to have a strong budget.

Issues of country's growth GDP and unemployment are two major issues. These are directly linked with farmer's agricultural issues.
The budget is expected to introduce a mobile app based for farmers. This will be operated by farmers for direct marketing, like aquatic farming. Rural place will have some special plan to develop uncultivated land for solar farming.

The upcoming Budget needs to revise the investment and growth of the public investment. A new policy is expected to come that will enable investment that may worth Rs.25 lakh crore by both private and public sector towards India's rural economic growth.
