The open market buyback is open from 17 November 2020 till 14 May 2021. Being a non-tender process, the maximum price is Rs.250, so the company can also buyback at lower levels. You can check with your broker about how to go about the tender process. Most online platforms have explained this in detail, but it is just an open market purchase where you can participate.
