Bank loan is given on the basis of what kind of loan you need? Housing (Commercial property), Auto (Personal/Commercial Vehicle) or a Personal or for Business (Corporate/SME).

Depending on the type of loan, duration and the lender, there can be the suitable collateral and regulations.

@Alok Pradhan: You can avail a business loan from a Bank or NBFC. Private Banks and NBFC's are usually very efficient towards loan processing, Nationalized banks may be slower but might offer better interest rates. In case you are a MSME, there are special incentives offered as per the Govt guidelines for MSME development.

The amount of loan that you can avail depends on the nature of your business and the financial stability across last 3-5 years. You may be required to share some documentation like your ITR, PnL, Audited Balance sheets etc. to establish your firms financial health.

Bank loan lene kenliyae, kissi bhi bank ki branch main jaa kar pata kar sakte hain.

Apne documents saath zaroor le jaayein jaisay ki income tax returns, agar aapka khud ka kaarobaar hai to company balance sheet, ROC certificate aur company related documents identity proof etc. (yeh details kissi bhi bank ki website pe mil jaayegi).
Aur agar aap bank branch main na jaa paayein, to kissi bhi bank ki website pe jaa kar apna naam, mobile no. Etc de dain, bank ke karamchari aap ko khud phone karange.

A personal loan: is a kind of unsecured loan that is sanctioned by banks or non-banking financial companies (NBFCs). As it is unsecured, personal loans do not carry the requirement of collateral.

You can avail it from any bank or non-banking financial company (NBFC) for any of your personal requirements. You could use it to purchase the latest laptop, fund your overseas vacation or to even renovate your house.

Thus, these loans are given to applicants solely on their credit history and their ability to repay the loan from their incomes.

A personal loan is through this credit score that a lender (bank or non-banking finance company) decides whether to lend to an individual or not. Thus, whenever anyone makes any enquiries on loans, he or she will often be asked his/her credit score.

Here are some documents required for availing a personal loan:

Identity proof, Adress proof, Bank statement, Employee certificates, Salary Slips.

Note: The documents requirements can vary for salaried individuals and businessmen/women because lenders want to make sure you have the ability to repay the money to them.
