Suzlon energy stock hits the lower circuit of 10% soon after the company disclosed its bad loans worth Rs 14,048 crore approx. that had the deadline to repay on March 19, 2019. Total outstanding borrowings from banks and financial institutions amounted upto Rs 12,785.17 crore. The stock has only sellers and no single buyers in the early trade today.

As per several reports, the loans were sanctioned by consortium of 18 banks led by the State Bank of India and the Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA). The company was given loans for different reasons that fall under the nature of fund-based working capital, non-fund based working capital, term loans and standby letter of credit.

Looking at the current market condition and the dipping stock percentage. The company is witnessing a worsening profit ratio year after year. I personally believe the stock would not come up positively in the near future. Investment in the stock can prove loss right now.
